The seminar will be held at the P.N. Lebedev Physical Institute of Russian Academy of Sciences located at the address Leninskii Prospect, 53 (the trolleybus stop Univermag Moskva).

Russian seminar participants will lodge at the hotel “Akademicheskaya” during the seminar. The hotel is located at the address Donskaya ulitsa, 1 not far from the subway station “Oktyabrskaya”. To get to the P.N. Lebedev Physical Institute one should take the trolleybus N 4, 33, 62, 84 or the bus N 111 in the direction “out of center of Moscow” and ride for approximately 15 stops (to the trolleybus stop Univermag Moskva). The ride takes 30-40 minutes if there is no traffic jams. During rush hours it can take 2-3 times longer.

Foreign seminar participants will lodge at the hotel “Sputnik” during the seminar. The hotel is located at the address Leninskii prospect, 38 (the trolleybus stop Transagentstvo). It is located within walking distance  from the institute (approximately 1 km). Those who prefer to ride can take any trolleybus in the direction “out of center of Moscow” and get off at the third stop (the trolleybus stop Univermag Moskva).

Each trolleybus has an automated gate behind the front door. One should enter the trolleybus through the front door and exit through the other doors. The trolleybus tickets can be purchased in advance in special kiosks (usually grey or orange) located next to almost each stop. A ticket for one ride costs 13 rubles, for 10 rides – 90 rubles. The tickets for one ride are also sold by a trolleybus driver for 15 rubles.
